    Merchant and transaction features delivered by a separate product. Connect it when a program needs merchant-side offers and transaction tracking; leave it off when it doesn't.

    CrowdLog

    Optional add-on product

    Incident logging and compliance recording for licensed venues. A separate product in its own right — bought alone, or connected alongside SmartMembers through shared venue identity.

    Where a program needs stored value, payments or identity verification, we integrate a specialist provider rather than rebuilding a regulated product.
